Resepi : Egg Tart

Assalamualaikum :)

Saya nak share satu resepi yg sgt mudah,cepat,sedap. Egg tart. Atau Makcik Senah jiran sebelah ckp tat telur.tapi jiran saya nama dia bukan makcik senah pun..hee. Resepi pun saya google je.
Ni bahan2 dia. Mula2 masukkan 1/2 cup sugar dalam 1 cup of hot water. Kacau2 bg larut. Pastu masukkan 3 eggs and 1/4 tsp of vanilla essense. Kacau2 lg then tapis. Yela kot2 time buat tu ade pasir ke ape ke. Merepek2
Oh ya. For the crust i juz used frozen puff crust sbb i was too lazy to do the crust. Lecehla nak uli sume. Pakai frozen jugak senang. Pastu masuk2 kan dlm tart tin. Pakai bekas alumunium pun ok. Tuang egg mixture tadi sampai agak2 penuh. Kalau nak senang masukkan egg mixture td dlm teko. Then bakar dlm pre heated oven at 180c for 30-35 minutes.
Tadaaa!! Dah siap. Boleyla menjamu kawan2 yg datang untuk lepak sampai pagi..huhu. Haaaa senangkan? Selamat mencuba! Apehal lak tetibe mcm Chef Wan pulak ni?hee
